Hello Friends of Yellagonga Volunteers

A Volunteer weeding and watering event is planned at our Frog Hollow site located on Scenic Drive Wanneroo for Sunday 9 February 2025 (see attached map)
All help is appreciated, young and old.

DETAILS
Event Organiser / Site Manager – Barry
Location (including suburb) – Near Scenic Drive Park,  Scenic Dr, Wanneroo.

Time – 9am to 11am
Activity – Weeding and Watering
What to wear – Long pants, closed in shoes, hat/cap and gloves are recommended.   Gumboots if you have them.
Suggested to bring – Your favourite clean weeding tool, water bottle, sunblock and insect repellent.
Parking – On verge of Scenic Drive. (see attached map).

Please check the weather forecast and bring a jacket just in case of rain.
We work in the rain but not in a thunderstorm. All workdays will go ahead unless the storm is overhead.

When you arrive, please sign in with Barry to ensure you are covered by DBCA insurance.

Any volunteers attending a FOY site for the first time should advise the site manager who will provide a short site H&S briefing.
